If you have a passion for problem-solving, are a natural caregiver, love working with people, and seek new challenges daily, then a career in social work might be a great fit. This program is designed for students who wish to enter the workforce after completing their two-year degree.
Complete 300+ hours of field experience which focuses on skill building. This gives students the unique opportunity to gain practical experience and provides guidance in choosing a career path. Some examples of field experiences have been at detox centers, probation and patrol, drug courts, senior centers, rehab facilities, correction centers and more.
